Cancellation Policy

Because our instructors travel so far to teach here we must impose a cancellation policy. 

• Should you cancel a class/ workshop 15 to 8 days out, you will only be charged half of the fee. 

• You will be charged the total fee if you cancel 7 days or less from the time of the scheduled class/workshop.  

• You will not be charged if you find a replacement for your space in the class/workshop – if the event is sold out. 

• If a minimum number of participants are required to run any class/workshop and that number is not met within 72 hours of the scheduled time, the class will be cancelled, and you will not be charged.
